 If you would like to take your yoga practice to a deeper level, a customized personal practice does just that. Practices can be designed as developmental  (simply refining movement & postural skills or develop strength), preventative (to protect & preserve what you already have.) and therapeutic (allieviate suffering, support rehabilitation, and improve the quality of life) Or, a transcendental approach which emphasizes meditation and prayer. 

 A personal practice incorporates the five recognized dimensions of our being, the physical body, vitality, intellect, personality and heart.  It is achieved through a well designed practice that would include asana (postures), pranayama  (breathwork), meditation, prayer & ritual.

Gina has been trained in developing personal practices and enjoys working with students individually to customize a practice to their unique bodies & lifestyle.
