This is a gentle approach to yoga, not trying to be a pretzel, but moving your body in a safe way that suits you today.
The one & a half hour class taught in the Viniyoga style takes a meaningful approach to breath and movement with the teacher adapting the practice to meet the needs of each student. The class will consists of asana (postures) as well as the use of sound, pranayama (breath work) & meditation.
